Deur hierdie webwerf te gebruik en ‘n lidmaatskap vir ons eiendomsbeleggingskursusse aan te koop, stem jy in om aan die volgende Terme en Voorwaardes te voldoen en daaraan gebind te wees. Lees dit asseblief sorgvuldig deur voordat jy aansluit. Indien jy nie met hierdie terme saamstem nie, moet jy nie voortgaan met jou aankoop of gebruik van die webwerf nie.
1. Geen Finansiële Raad – Vrywaring
Alle inhoud, kursusse, materiaal en kommunikasie wat deur hierdie webwerf en lidmaatskapprogram verskaf word, is gebaseer op die persoonlike ervarings en opinies van die kursusskeppper. Ons bied geen finansiële, regslike of professionele advies van enige aard aan nie. Deur hierdie webwerf te gebruik en in te skryf vir die lidmaatskap, aanvaar jy volle verantwoordelikheid vir enige uitkomste wat voortspruit uit jou besluite gebaseer op die inligting wat verskaf word.
3. Intellektuele Eiendom
Alle inhoud wat deur ons webwerf verskaf word, insluitend maar nie beperk tot video’s, teks, beelde, aflaaibare materiaal, kursusstruktuur en enige ander intellektuele eiendom nie, is die uitsluitlike eiendom van Albert van Wyk en word beskerm deur outeursreg en intellektuele eiendomswette.
Jy mag nie enige deel van ons inhoud kopieer, weergee, deel, verkoop, versprei of oordra aan ander in enige formaat sonder ons uitdruklike skriftelike toestemming nie. Enige ongemagtigde gebruik of verspreiding kan lei tot regstappe.
4. Gebruik en Toegang van Lidmaatskap
Jou lidmaatskap verleen toegang tot ons aanlyn eiendomskursusse en is uitsluitlik vir persoonlike gebruik. Lidmaatskaptoegang mag nie met ander gedeel word nie. Enige deel van jou aanmeldbesonderhede of kursusmateriaal is ‘n skending van hierdie terme en kan lei tot onmiddellike beëindiging van jou toegang sonder terugbetaling.
5. Lidmaatskap Betaling, Kansellasie en Terugbetalings
Deur in te teken op die lidmaatskap, stem jy in om die maandelikse fooi te betaal soos geadverteer op die tyd van inskrywing. Jou intekening sal outomaties hernu elke maand tensy dit gekanselleer word. Indien jy ‘n maand-tot-maand lidmaatskap het en jy jou lidmaatskap wil kanselleer, moet jy ten minste 1 (een) volle kalendermaand se skriftelike kennisgewing verskaf via e-pos, WhatsApp of via jou lidrekening. Indien jy ‘n jaarlikse lidmaatskap het en jy jou lidmaatskap wil kanselleer, moet jy ten minste 1 (een) volle kalendermaand se skriftelike kennisgewing verskaf ,voordat jou jaarlikse lidmaatskap hernu, verskaf via e-pos, WhatsApp of via jou lidrekening.
Alle lidmaatskapbetalings is nie-terugbetaalbaar, insluitend gedeeltelike maande of ongebruikte tyd.
Indien ‘n debietorder misluk, behou ons die reg voor om enige gepaardgaande finansiële verwerkingsfooie of kostes te verhaal en om die debietpoging met die volle bedrag weer te probeer.
6. Persoonlike Inligting en Kommunikasie
Deur in te skryf vir die lidmaatskap, stem jy in om akkurate persoonlike en faktuurinligting te verskaf. Jy stem ook in dat jou data deur ons span gebruik mag word vir administratiewe doeleindes, insluitend maar nie beperk tot fakturering, rekeningbestuur, opdaterings en kursusverwante kommunikasie nie.
Ons hanteer alle persoonlike inligting in ooreenstemming met toepaslike wetgewing oor databeskerming. Ons verkoop nie jou persoonlike data aan derde partye nie.
7. Erkenning en Aanvaarding
Deur ‘n lidmaatskap aan te koop en hierdie webwerf te gebruik, bevestig jy dat:
Jy bewus is van die prys en inhoud van die lidmaatskapprogram;
Jy stem in om die maandelikse fooi te betaal soos geadverteer op die tyd van aankoop;
Jy het hierdie Terme en Voorwaardes gelees, verstaan en aanvaar.
8. Veranderinge aan Terme
Ons behou die reg voor om hierdie Terme & Voorwaardes enige tyd op te dateer of te wysig. Veranderinge tree onmiddellik in werking sodra dit op die webwerf gepubliseer word. Dit is jou verantwoordelikheid om die terme gereeld na te gaan vir enige opdaterings.

If you wish to cancel your yearly membership, you are required to provide at least 1 (one) full calendar month’s written notice via email, Whatsapp or through your member account before your yearly membership renews.
All membership payments are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time.
If a debit order fails, we reserve the right to recover any associated financial processing fees or charges incurred due to the failed payment, and to re-attempt the debit with the total due.
